Beschreibung
Yoga originates in India and comprises of a series of physical and mental exercises. Hatha Yoga is a body conscious yoga practice, including body positions practiced with awareness (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), relaxation, concentration and short meditation. Through the integration of body, mind and spirit during the practice, the body's stamina vitality and inner stability are improved. This course is for beginners as well as for intermediates.

- Praxtice of phxsical poses, strenghtening and mobility exercises as well as breathiing techniques, concentration, and relaxation practice.
- Understanding the effects of yoga on the body and mind.
