In diesem Basiskurs für Erwachsene führen wir Sie langsam und kompetent an die typischen Ballettbewegungen heran. Mit Musik üben Sie die tänzerischen Grundpositionen. Zudem trainieren Sie Muskulatur, Beweglichkeit und anmutige Bewegungen. Has the world of ballet always fascinated you? Have you ever thought about learning to dance? In this beginners ballet class for adults you will be introduced to the fascinating world of classical ballet: step by step - and carefully guided by a professional dancer - you will learn the relevant basics. Accompanied by music you will practice the most important positions and movements of this dance. Additionally, ballet is considered to be a perfect training for your muscles, your agility and your ability to move more elegantly.
